Privacy Policy
Last updated: 18 September 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Tech Net Group (Private) Limited ("TNG Games", "we", "us") handles information in connection with the mobile games we publish (each, an "App"). It applies to all of our Android applications distributed through Google Play.
In short: our games do not require an account and we do not ask you for your name, email address or phone number. The data that is processed is collected automatically by third-party services we use for advertising and crash reporting — principally Google. You can reset or delete your advertising identifier at any time from your device settings.
1. Information we process
Information you give us
None is required. Our games do not have user accounts, sign-in, or profile creation. We do not request your name, email address, postal address or telephone number in order for you to play. If you contact us directly by email, we will hold that correspondence in order to respond to you.
Information collected automatically
When you use an App, the following may be processed by us or by the third-party services listed in section 3:
| Data | Purpose |
|---|---|
| Advertising identifier (Google Advertising ID) | To serve advertisements, limit repetition, and measure ad performance |
| Device information — model, manufacturer, operating system version, screen size, language, country | To deliver a build compatible with your device and to diagnose faults |
| Approximate location, derived from IP address (country or region level) | To comply with regional legal requirements and to serve relevant advertising |
| Crash reports and diagnostics — error traces, memory state at time of failure | To identify and fix bugs and stability problems |
| Gameplay events — level reached, session length, in-app actions | To understand how the game is played and improve it |
We do not collect precise GPS location, contacts, photos, files, microphone or camera data, SMS or call logs.
2. How we use this information
- To operate the App and deliver its features
- To display advertising, which is how our free games are funded
- To diagnose crashes, fix defects and improve performance
- To understand aggregate usage patterns and improve game design
- To detect and prevent fraud, abuse and invalid advertising traffic
- To comply with legal obligations
We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own independent marketing purposes.
3. Third-party services
Our Apps include software development kits ("SDKs") provided by third parties. These providers process data under their own privacy policies, which we encourage you to read.
| Service | Provider | Purpose | Policy |
|---|---|---|---|
| Google AdMob | Google LLC | Advertising and measurement | policies.google.com |
| Google Play Services | Google LLC | Core platform services | policies.google.com |
| Firebase | Google LLC | Crash reporting and analytics | firebase.google.com |
| Google Play Billing | Google LLC | Processing in-app purchases, where offered | policies.google.com |
Where an App offers in-app purchases, payment is handled entirely by Google Play. We never receive or store your card number, bank details or billing address.
4. Advertising and your choices
Our games are funded by advertising. Advertisements may be personalised based on your advertising identifier, unless you opt out. You have the following controls:
- Reset or delete your advertising ID. On Android: Settings → Google → Ads. You may delete the identifier entirely, after which ads will be non-personalised.
- Opt out of personalised advertising. The same settings menu offers an opt-out that we and our advertising partners are required to honour.
- Consent in the EEA, UK and Switzerland. Where required, you will be shown a consent request before personalised advertising is enabled, and you may decline. You can change your choice later from within the App where that option is provided.
5. Children
Our games are not directed at children under the age of 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your jurisdiction), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.
Where an App is listed as suitable for families, advertising served within it is configured to comply with Google Play's Families policy and applicable child-privacy law, including COPPA.
6. Legal bases for processing (EEA and UK)
- Consent — for personalised advertising, where consent is required.
- Legitimate interests — for crash reporting, security, fraud prevention and aggregate analytics, balanced against your rights.
- Legal obligation — where we are required to retain or disclose information by law.
7. Data retention
We retain diagnostic and analytics data only for as long as it is useful for the purposes described above, and no longer than is permitted by the retention settings of the services we use. Crash reports are typically retained for up to 90 days. Aggregated statistics that cannot identify an individual may be kept indefinitely.
8. International transfers
The service providers named above operate globally, and information may be processed on servers outside your country of residence, including in the United States. Those providers maintain their own safeguards for such transfers, including standard contractual clauses where applicable.
9. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:
- Request access to the information held about you
- Request correction or deletion of that information
- Object to or restrict certain processing
- Withdraw consent previously given, without affecting prior processing
- Lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority
Because our games do not use accounts, we usually hold no information that identifies you personally, and we may be unable to locate data relating to a specific individual without further detail such as your advertising identifier. To make a request, email us at the address in section 12. We respond within 30 days.
California residents
We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined under the California Consumer Privacy Act. California residents may exercise the rights described above by contacting us.
10. Security
We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect information against loss, misuse and unauthorised access. All network communication initiated by our current Apps uses encrypted connections. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last revised. Material changes will be reflected here before they take effect, and your continued use of an App after that date constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
