Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the mobile games published by Tech Net Group (Private) Limited ("TNG Games", "we", "us") and distributed through Google Play (each, an "App"). By downloading, installing or using an App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. Licence

We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and use the App on a device you own or control, for your own non-commercial entertainment. This licence does not transfer ownership of anything to you.

2. What you may not do

• Copy, sell, rent, sublicense or otherwise distribute the App
• Reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble the App, except to the extent that applicable law expressly permits it despite this restriction
• Modify the App, or create derivative works based on it
• Remove or obscure any copyright, trade mark or other proprietary notice
• Use cheats, automation software, emulated input, modified clients or exploits to gain an unfair advantage or to interfere with normal operation
• Interfere with, disrupt or place unreasonable load on any service the App relies on
• Generate artificial or invalid advertising impressions or clicks
• Use the App for any unlawful purpose, or in breach of any applicable law

3. Advertising

Our games are provided free of charge and are funded by advertising. By using an App you accept that advertisements will be displayed, including banner, interstitial, rewarded and app-open formats. Advertisements are supplied by third-party networks, and we do not control and are not responsible for their content or for any website or offer they link to.

Attempting to generate invalid advertising traffic — whether by automation, repetition, incentivised clicking or any other means — is a breach of these Terms and may result in your access being terminated.

4. In-app purchases and virtual items

Some Apps may offer optional in-app purchases. All payments are processed by Google Play under Google's own terms; we do not handle your payment details.

Any virtual currency, items or content obtained in an App is licensed to you, not sold. It has no monetary value, cannot be exchanged for cash or anything of real-world value outside the App, and cannot be transferred or sold. We may modify, suspend or discontinue virtual items at any time.

Refund requests are handled by Google Play in accordance with its refund policy. Where consumer law in your jurisdiction grants you additional refund or cancellation rights, those rights are not affected by this section.

5. Updates and availability

We may release updates, and may change, suspend or discontinue an App, or any of its features, at any time. An App may become unavailable on certain devices, operating system versions or regions. We are not obliged to maintain backward compatibility, and we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

6. Game progress

Unless an App expressly provides cloud saving, progress is stored only on your device. Uninstalling the App, clearing its data, resetting your device or switching devices may result in permanent loss of progress. We cannot restore lost progress.

7. Intellectual property

The App, including its code, artwork, audio, characters, names and branding, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by copyright, trade mark and other laws. All rights not expressly granted to you in these Terms are reserved. Third-party components included in the App remain the property of their respective owners and are used under licence.

8. Privacy

Our handling of information is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

9. Disclaimer of warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranty of any kind, whether express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be error-free, secure or uninterrupted, or that defects will be corrected.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any warranty or right that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under the law applicable to you as a consumer.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, goodwill or game progress, arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the App.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with the App will not exceed the greater of (a) the total amount you paid to us for the App in the twelve months preceding the claim, or (b) ten United States dollars (US$10).

Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for any other liability that cannot be limited by law.

11. Termination

This licence continues until terminated. It terminates automatically if you breach these Terms, and you may terminate it at any time by uninstalling the App. Sections 7, 9, 10 and 12 survive termination.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, without regard to its conflict of law rules, and the courts of Pakistan will have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them. If you are a consumer resident elsewhere, you retain the benefit of any mandatory consumer protection provisions of the law of your country of residence, and may bring proceedings in your local courts where that law so permits.

13. General

If any provision of these Terms is held to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force. Our failure to enforce any right is not a waiver of it. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and us concerning the App.

We may revise these Terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when they were last revised, and continued use of an App after that date constitutes acceptance.
